2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• One Account: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

• KYC Verification: Prior to withdrawal, or upon bedjdb's request, identity verification must be completed using a National ID card or passport.
• Password Security: Account security is each member's own responsibility. Never share your password with any third party.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Payments may be temporarily held in the event of suspicious transactions or money laundering risk.
• Bedjdb does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals — however, the payment provider's own charges may apply.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only — a bonus is awarded as a set percentage of the first deposit.

• Bonus Expiry: Every bonus has a set expiry period — typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

5 Gaming Policy & General Rules

• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, all bets for that round will be fully refunded.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.

• Bots & Automation: The use of automated software or bots in any game is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Suspension, Cancellation & Recovery
